PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Production:

For all Personalized Luggage orders we send all customers a proof and ask for your approval prior to starting production.  The faster you approve, the quicker we can ship!

We will send you a proof within 24 hours of your order being placed.  

Note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g. photo resolution too low), we will let you know.  This understandably will extend the time to create your proof.

All orders take 3-4 business days to be produced and shipped. 

For Personalized orders, production starts when when we recieve your approval of the proof.

For Artist and Singular designs (without any personalization), production starts from when your order is placed.

Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 to Canada and the 48 contiguous US states.

We do not offer expedited shipping on our checkout pages because the cost vastly outweighs the benefits.  If you require expedited shipping, email us at info@singularluggage.ca and we'll check the expedited rates to see if it can work for you.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is charged at the live Canada Post rates.

We do not currently ship outside of Canada and the USA.  Luggage is very bulky, and shipping it overseas is very expensive.

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will recieve your tracking number by email as soon as it is available.

NOTE:  Shipping estimates are provided as guidelines.  They may be affected by adverse weather, shipping volume surges around holidays or other courier delays.

Canada Orders:

Canadian orders are shipped from Toronto via one of Canada Post, UPS, ICS, Canpar or Purolator.  Transit time varies based on your distance from Toronto.

USA Orders:

US orders are shipped from Toronto via UPS.  Transit time varies based on your distance from Toronto.

The total estimated delivery time includes Proof, production and shipping times which are detailed in above.

Proof time: The time it takes to create and approve the proof.

Production time: The time it takes to produce your luggage.

Shipping time: The time for your luggage to travel from us to you.
