At Singular, we value quality. We individually inspect each piece of luggage to ensure that there are no defects in materials or workmanship. Should you find a defect, our warranty will assist you.
If you are the original owner (gift recipient or purchaser), your Singular Luggage is covered against workmanship defects for 1 year from the original purchase date. We will ask you for date proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any consequential damages, nor does it cover repairs made by unauthorized personnel. It does not cover damage caused by public carriers i.e. airlines. If your luggage is damaged by carriers while in transit, you must claim with the transit carrier concerned immediately.
If you are within 30 days of purchase, please visit the Returns page. If you have had your product longer than 30 days, and believe that your luggage has a defect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to evaluate your luggage and determine if a defect exists.
If a defect becomes apparent during the warranty period Singular will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product with the same or similar style of equal value.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for to return the luggage. We recommend that you use a shipping service that offers tracking or purchase shipping insurance. Singular is not responsible for returned product that is lost during shipping.
