We're sure that you will love your Singular Luggage. But if you find a problem with it within 30 days of receipt of shipment, you may return unused or defective product for a refund or exchange.
Returned goods must be in the same, unused condition and in the original packaging that you received them in. Singular Luggage has the right to refuse returns on products that are returned in a used condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

You should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and shipping service tracking will provide piece of mind.
