Better than I expected !

The best customer service ! I had a few issues when I was online so I reached out and received a quick response and together I got exactly what I ordered.. After confirming my order, it seemed like the luggage was at my door step. I was also impressed with the way it was packaged for shipping but most of all it was when I pulled it out !! Wow couldn’t be happier. So glad I ordered from this company. The personal note was a nice touch as well, as I have never received anything like that before

Early Christmas Present

The luggage arrived very quickly and I couldn't wait to give to my daughter. It was way better than expecting. Good quality luggage and the picture was excellent!! She was so amazed at it.
