Luggage with the Palm Fan photograph by artist, Rita Wong, arrived today. To say that I was wowed by its beauty is an understatement. The luggage is well made and handles easily with spinner wheels.
But what I consider to be most impressive about Singular Luggage is their product presentation and customer service.
Declan patiently guided me through the ordering process. Simon surprised me with a sneak preview video of the luggage prior to shipment. Arrival was earlier than expected. And the packaging was first rate. It consisted of a very strong shipping container, a luggage dust cover, and a lovely personal note which included a thank you from Rita Wong for selecting her art work.
